Wow, 100 pages! It’s been a long haul to get this far, and there is a lot to come!

Echoing what TMBTC says! Thanks everyone for sticking with us through the years to get to 100. Only the beginning!

Special note to Lil Chelly. We were moved by your appeal to save Spehri and put some serious thought into how to do so, but in the end we realized that he really IS a jerk of a dragon…not just written that way. I mean, he would seriously come over to your house to steal your lunch money to add to his horde…this is a public service we’re doing here. This dragon kicks puppies and kittens!

Awwwww, okay if he kicks kittens and bunnies then yeah he can drown. Jerkface! Also wow this reveal… if they die omg. This world is not quite the fantasy land it seemed to be. I wonder what’s gonna happen to our protagonists. How they’ll even get out of here, if they even can. Stephanie read some pretty bad news for them. I cant wait to see what else happens 😀 Maybe a cute faerie dragon that doesn’t violate the laws of physics will poop on Remy’s pillow and lick his face xD

I just saying that for a comic that moves at the rate that Author Wars does the fact that you are finally hitting 100 comic pages is great but a bit anticlimactic. It would have been nice to have something a bit more significant than exposition on a subset of the physics of Varia. But at least we now know you can actually die, you might come back, but only if your are “written” again.

Nimrod, I know I echo Bob’s sentiments in saying we did want to have a bigger 100 page splash (pun intended). As it stands, we were planning something for November as a bonus to celebrate, but that plan just went away today due to circumstances beyond our control. Hopefully the stuff we planned can happen soon and we can celebrate properly.
